Job Lead: The Concierge will actively greet and assist students and community members within the Digital Express, assess their individual needs and assist them with navigating to personalized direct points of service on campus or in the community. The Information Literacy Concierge will provide programming aimed at reducing the digital divide to students and community members within the Digital Express. Full-time, starting at $17.40 an hour.
Qualifications: Associates degree plus one (1) years of direct customer service experience working in a fast-paced, service-orientated environment. Equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience considered. Ability to travel between campuses for meetings or position responsibilities. Hiring process includes passing a background check.
