More About Michella
Michella Crumbley-Blankman is an experienced leader, an invested advocate with a lifelong passion for strengthening postsecondary education for the underserved populations. She brings over 18+ years of experience across diverse student populations. Motivated by opportunities that ensure an enriched student experience as well as the pragmatic development of tomorrow’s workforce.
Mrs. Blankman is trained as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. She has successfully completed Gallup’s strengths coaching certification program and has demonstrated outstanding commitment to using strengths-based development to help others learn, grow, develop and succeed.
Michella has a passion for learning and obtained a certificate in Dental Assisting from Omaha College of Health Careers over 20 years ago where she gained clinical experience caring for the homeless population at Charles Drew Community Center. Several years later Michella graduated from Bellevue University and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Management and a Masters degree in Public Administration. She is a champion for improving access through education and financial literacy.
