Job Lead: OPPD is hiring for Part time Call Center Clerical Positions. Starting pay is $18.54 hourly and these positions staff the contact center during non-business hours, taking customer reports of electrical outages and entering that information into the systems to notify field crews. This position requires schedule flexibility. The first 1-2 weeks will be Training M-F 8am-5pm. After training you can expect up to 25 hours and sample shifts are overnight (midnight to 7am or 8:30am), Evenings (7:30pm-12:30am), Weekends (8am-1pm or 3pm-11pm). Must have high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Must have excellent communication skills and be friendly in attitude. Must have great computer and listening skills.
